$ (x_1 - \mu)^2 = (2 - 6)^2 = (-4)^2 = 16 $
$ (x_2 - \mu)^2 = (5 - 6)^2 = (-1)^2 = 1 $
$ (x_3 - \mu)^2 = (11 - 6)^2 = (5)^2 = 25 $
$\sum_{i=1}^{n} (x_i - \mu)^2 = 16 + 1 + 25 = 42$
$\frac{\sum_{i=1}^{n} (x_i - \mu)^2}{n} = \frac{42}{3} = 14$
