Endorsing content

• Endorsing content helps users find good content in an organization
• Content we can endorse: Datasets, Dataflows, Reports, Apps
• Promoted content: users highlight content they find valuable
• Certified content: content which meets the organization's quality standards

Promoting content

• "This content is good enough to share."
• Any content owner or member with write permissions on the content's workspace may promote content

Certifying content

• "This content is reliable, authoritative content ready to use across the organization."
• A select group of persons may certify content for an organization
• Content certification, by default, is disabled

Subscribe to a report

• Receive an e-mail version of a report (regular or paginated) on a regular schedule
• Requires Pro or Premium Per User license, or workspace backed by Premium capacity
• Can subscribe self and other people to reports
• Schedule e-mail frequency and time
• Can include permissions, links, preview images, and full report attachments (with Premium capacity)

Create a data alert

• Create notifications after data is refreshed if criteria are met
• Can also send an e-mail
• Works on gauges, KPIs, and cards in dashboards
• Requires a Pro or Premium Per User license to create alerts
