Inserta un string o variable en un texto predefinido:
custom_string = "String formatting"

- Título en un gráfico
- Mostrar mensaje o error
- Pasar una frase a una función

- Usa variables tanto en el string inicial como en los valores pasados al método
my_string = "{} rely on {} datasets"

Reordenar valores
- Incluye un índice en los placeholders para reordenar valores
print("{} has a friend called {} and a sister called {}".format("Betty", "Linda", "Daisy"))

print("{2} has a friend called {0} and a sister called {1}".format("Betty", "Linda", "Daisy"))
