What are subplots?

Subplots: 'mini-plots' positioned in a grid

Show different plot types (same data) or different data subsets

A reminder of traces

Plotly figures contain a list of traces - the data and type
Accessed using fig.data[0], fig.data[1]
- Can add to subplots using .add_trace()

px_fig = px.scatter(df...)
print(px_fig)

Creating a 1x2 subplot

from plotly.subplots import make_subplots

# Create a subplot grid
fig = make_subplots(rows=2, cols=1)

# Create plotly express figures

# Extract traces and add to subplots
