Cálculo da hipoteca mensal
A fórmula para calcular a hipoteca mensal é
$$\text{monthly payment} = P \cdot \frac{r (1 + r)^N}{(1+r)^N - 1},$$
em que
- $P$ é o valor do empréstimo,
- $r$ é a taxa de juros mensal, e
- $N$ é o número de parcelas mensais
