Rules for filtering by multiple conditions

  • Ampersand (&): only include rows that satisfy both conditions

  • Pipe (|): include rows that satisfy either condition

  • Each condition must be surrounded by parentheses

  • Conditions can check for equality (==), inequality (!=), etc.

  • Can use more than two conditions
