  • 方策: 最大Q値の行動を選択
    • $ a_t = {\arg\max}_a Q(S_t, a) $

最小構成DQNの損失関数

 

  • 行動価値関数はベルマン方程式を満たす
  • 両辺の差(TD誤差/ベルマン誤差)を最小化
  • 二乗ベルマン誤差を損失として使用

DQN損失(二乗ベルマン誤差): L(theta) = ベルマン誤差の二乗

 

ベルマン方程式 Q(S,A) = reward + discount * max(Q(S_next,A))

ベルマン誤差 Q(S,A) - (reward + discount * max(Q(S_next,A)))

  • 次状態のQ値:

       $\max_a Q(s_{t+1}, a)$

  • 目標Q値:

       $r_{t+1} + \gamma \max_a Q(s_{t+1}, a)$

  • DQNの損失:

$$\left(Q(s_t, a_t) - (r_{t+1} + \gamma \max_a Q(s_{t+1}, a)\right)^2$$
