许多模型依赖距离
量纲大的特征会对模型影响过大
例如:KNN 在预测时显式使用距离
因此希望特征在相近尺度上
通过归一化或标准化(缩放与居中)
减去均值并除以方差
也可减去最小值并除以范围
也可归一化到 -1 到 +1
