Gross profit = Net Revenue - COGS
COGS 指公司銷售商品的直接生產成本*

範例

你賣出 10 台，每台 $100，成本 $60，且有 1 台損壞需退款。
Gross profit = $900 - $600 = $300

淨利

從毛利再扣除營業與其他費用、利息與稅後的利潤。
Net profit = Gross profit - Expenses
也稱為「bottom line」

與前例相同，但薪資與稅各 $50。
Net profit = $300 - $50 - $50 = $200

Net Revenue（淨營收）

Gross Profit（毛利）

扣除 COGS 後的利潤。
Gross profit = Net Revenue - COGS

Net Profit（淨利）

扣除所有費用後的利潤
